Solitaire Kitty Cats Privacy Policy

PopGo (DaLian Kilowood Technology, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides Solitaire Kitty Cats, a mobile game for entertainment. This policy explains how we handle information in the game, its account services and its public website. You can read this policy and our homepage without signing in.

1. Information we collect and why

• Player accounts and profiles: player ID, display name, avatar, sign-in provider and provider account identifier, and email address when supplied during registration or sign-in. We use these to create and identify your account, sign you in, link your game progress to your account and provide account support. If you register by email, we also process your password for authentication. We do not receive your Google password.
• Game activity: progress, levels, scores, virtual currency, items, rewards, and activity times. We store this information to save and restore progress, deliver game features, administer rankings and investigate errors or cheating.
• Device and technical information: device identifier, device type, operating system, app version, language, distribution channel, IP address, approximate country or region derived from your connection, and service logs. We use these to recognize devices, operate and troubleshoot the service, maintain security and improve game performance.
• Purchases: store transaction identifiers, purchase receipts or tokens, purchased items, purchase status and refund information. We use these to verify purchases and deliver or restore items. Apple, Google or the relevant store processes payment details; we do not collect your full payment card number.
• Support: your email address, player ID and information you choose to send us, including correspondence and attachments. We use these to respond to requests and resolve account or gameplay issues.
• Advertising and analytics, where enabled: advertising identifiers, device information, ad interactions and game usage events may be processed by advertising and analytics services to deliver ads, measure their performance and understand game usage. Device permissions and privacy settings control access to advertising identifiers. Google account data obtained through sign-in is not used for advertising.

2. Google Sign-In: Google API Services Disclosure & Limited Use

Where Google sign-in is available, when you choose it and authorize access, we receive the Google account identifier and the basic profile information made available by that authorization, such as your name, profile picture and email address. We associate this information with your player account to authenticate you, display your player profile and let you access game progress associated with that account. We store the account identifier and supplied profile fields in our account records. Authentication credentials received during sign-in are used to establish or verify the sign-in session.

Google sign-in is for account access. It does not authorize us to read your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendars or Google Photos. We do not ask for your Google password. The permission screen describes the access you are being asked to grant.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by Solitaire Kitty Cats will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this information only to provide and improve the account and game features described here. We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalized advertising, provide it to data brokers, or use it to train general-purpose AI or machine learning models.

The game does not provide AI image generation or editing. We do not use Google APIs or Google user data to create or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery.

3. When we share information

• Service providers: providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, purchase verification and customer support may process the information necessary to perform those services for us. Google sign-in information is shared only as necessary to support the account features, maintain security, comply with law, or as you explicitly authorize, consistent with Google's User Data Policy.
• Other players: your display name, avatar and scores may be visible in game profiles or rankings where those features are available. Your email address and authentication credentials are not part of your public player profile.
• Stores and third-party services: app stores process purchases, and advertising or analytics services process the technical and interaction data described above where those services are enabled. Their own privacy policies apply to their independent processing. See Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Legal and security purposes: we may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, protect users or defend legal rights. If the service changes ownership, information may transfer as part of that transaction subject to this policy and applicable requirements.

We do not sell your Google sign-in information. Access by our staff or providers is limited to service needs, security, support you request, or legal obligations.

4. Storage, security and retention

We store player information in the systems used to operate the game and its account services. We use access controls and other technical and organizational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access, loss or disclosure. No storage system or internet transmission is completely secure.

We retain account and associated game information while it is needed to provide your account and game progress. Support records and technical logs are retained as needed to resolve issues and maintain the service. When you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize associated personal information unless specific records must be retained for legal obligations, purchase disputes, fraud prevention or security. Retained records are limited to those purposes; backup copies are removed through the backup lifecycle. Revoking Google access alone does not delete records already stored by us.

Our service providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable, we use safeguards required by data protection law for international transfers.

5. Your choices, access and deletion

You can revoke Google access at any time in your Google Account connections settings. This stops future access under that authorization and may prevent further Google sign-in until you authorize it again.

To request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information or player account, email service@popgo.cc with the subject “Solitaire Kitty Cats privacy request”. Include your player ID and the request you want us to handle. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership; do not send passwords or authentication tokens. An account deletion request includes the Google identifier and profile information stored with that account, subject to the limited retention reasons above. Deleting the app from your device does not by itself delete your server account.

You can manage advertising, tracking and notification permissions in your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. Where required, we rely on consent for optional processing, performance of our agreement to provide the game, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in maintaining and securing our services.

6. Children

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information without the consent required by applicable law, contact us at service@popgo.cc so we can investigate and arrange removal where required.

7. Changes and contact

We will post updates to this policy here and revise the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required.
